What

• Added CaliperSendOptions to support keepalive option
• Update Client send method to start supporting options
• Also includes small ESLint configuration fixes required to properly resolve and execute the configured lint rules across the project
  -- Changes included:
  -- Explicitly registered the @typescript-eslint and import ESLint plugins
  -- Updated the lint script to use eslint src --ext .ts for more reliable file resolution across environments (especially WSL/bash shell environments)
